The AS/RMSC has been in business for over 25 years with over 850 projects conducted to date. We understand cultural resource management laws, particularly NHPA Section 106, NEPA, and SEQRA. We are also well-versed in NYSDOT/PennDOT compliance and the FCC programmatic agreement for cell towers (Forms 620 & 621).
We have on staff Section 106 36 CFR 61 qualified personnel capable of supervising projects for both State and Federal agencies.
The AS/RMSC complies with the cultural resource guidelines issued by the New York State Historic Preservation Office as well as stated guidelines for survey in Pennsylvania and Vermont.
The AS/RMSC focuses on completion of projects within a specified time-frame so that our clients can maintain their project schedule.
