Take your yoga practice into the great outdoors - in the majestic pines of the Cumming Nature Center. In this unique and powerful experience you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in a sacred and serene setting. During this 90 minute session, Lynne Boucher of Yoga Revolution will guide you through a gentle open-level vinyasa flow as well as seated and walking meditation. Tree pose among the trees. Shavasana in the shade of the forest.

No yoga experience necessary. Bring your own mat or use one of Yoga Revolution's.
