Dine & Discover: Adventurer Meagan McGrath

Dine & Discover: Adventurer Meagan McGrath

Friday, Feb. 16 | 11:30am–1:30pm
Hyatt Regency Rochester, 125 E Main St

From the depths of the Grand Canyon to the summit of Mount Everest, from North Pole to South Pole, adventurer Meagan McGrath has run, cycled, skied, climbed and trekked in extreme environments all over the world. Above all, mountains are Meagan's passion and she is the first Canadian woman to have climbed both versions of the Seven Summits, the highest mountain on each continent. As a Canadian Forces Aerospace Engineer, she was also inducted into the Canadian Forces Sports Hall of Fame for her mountaineering accomplishments.

Join us for lunch as McGrath relates her experiences and the lessons she learned along the way.

This luncheon supports the Rochester Museum & Science Center in its mission to spark curiosity in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) in the community.
