Get two experiences for one with this new field trip! 

Discover the science of tectonic plates with current data on our Science On a Sphere then embark on guided tour Stories in Stone with an engaging RMSC docent. Students will also have the opportunity for self-guided exploration in the limited-time exhibition Elements of the Extreme.

 

Program Breakdown (Order of experiences may vary): 

Science On a Sphere—50 min

Stories in Stone—50 min

Self-Guided Exhibit Exploration—30 min

Lunch Period—20 min

Total: 3 hours
