What is color? How does it work? Experiment with color mixing, refraction and reflection, and learn about the different kinds of primary colors.

  • 1-PS4-2 Make observations (firsthand or from media) to construct an evidence-based account that objects can be seen only when illuminated.
  • 1-PS4-3 Plan and conduct an investigation to determine the effect of placing objects made with different materials in the path of a beam of light. 
  • MS-PS4-2. Develop and use a model to describe that waves are reflected, absorbed, or transmitted through various materials.

  • Delivers In-Person: $180 1-30 Students; Additional $6 beyond 30 students, $100 per additional program at same site * Mileage will be charged for venues outside of Monroe County.
