Adaptive Ski Days at CNC provides access to specialized equipment and instruction to help people with disabilities to experience the joy of cross-country skiing.
On February 18 & 19, we are offering 1.5 hour lessons throughout the day. Each lesson will include specialized skiing instruction, rental equipment (if needed), and enthusiastic, trained support. Your instructor will help you find the right gear for your needs, help properly fit it, teach you the basics of cross-country skiing, and help you feel confident on the trail.
Each participant will be asked to fill out a basic medical questionnaire after registration so that our instructors can ensure their experience is as safe and enjoyable as possible.
NOTE: We do not currently have equipment for wheelchair users.
