    March 1, 8, 15,22, 29

    April 5, 12

Our previous participant group asked us to continue, so here we go! We’ll pay attention to results from the Webb telescope, other NASA missions and astronomical discoveries, and we’ll review astronomy basics along the way.

We will meet on Zoom once a week and talk about what’s happening in space. Planetarium Director Steve Fentress is your moderator. For more details, email Steve at

Each weekly session is 45 minutes and will be conducted via Zoom. The Zoom link for this course will be emailed to you before the first session.

About Your Instructor

Steve Fentress has many years of experience designing Planetarium programs for school groups as well as hands-on and in-depth programs for homeschoolers and youth groups. He has written articles for and Griffith Observer magazine. He stays up to date by participating in planetarium educators’ networks and online seminars.
