about the ARTIST
Cinnamon Jones has a long career in the music industry, having performed with a variety of jazz musicians and R&B legends including Rick James, Buddy Ace and Jessie James, Jeffrey Osbourne, Will Downing, Marion Meadows, Rick Braun, George Clinton, and the Campbell Brothers.
Nowadays, Jones can be found performing at festivals and live music events in the Finger Lakes. You may have seen her show “Lady of Song: A Tribute to Extraordinary Women in Music”, which she wrote in tribute to such singers as Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner, and Barbra Streisand.
In addition to talented performer, Jones is also a youth advocate. Through her organization, Kids that Roc, Cinnamon Jones directed and produced the documentary Generation Z, which explores the impact the events from 2020 had on the lives of our youth.
