FROST TOWN TRAIL FEST
Start the summer with a challenge during our annual 10k and 25k trail run.

Explore some of the best terrain that the Bristol Hills has to offer this summer at Frost Town Trail Fest presented by Ironwood Adventure Works. Choose between 10k and 25k race options that will take you up ridges, through the woods, and across every inch of the nature center landscape (plus some bonus neighboring lands as well!).
Proceeds from the race will benefit the Cumming Nature Center’s environmental and educational programming.
The Bristol Hills are calling. Are you gonna go?
RACE SCHEDULE & ROUTE DETAILS
25k Trail Run | 9am
The challenging 25k course is a single loop that circumnavigates both the Cumming Nature Center and an adjacent property managed by The Nature Conservancy. A steep winding ascent and then descent through historic logging roads initiate 25k runners to this stout cross terrain trail challenge. Next, after traversing through the well-tended Cumming Nature Center Trail system, runners take the trail less traveled across the rugged Rattlesnake Hill ridgeline east of Lake Honeoye. Aid stations will be available at approximately 4 mile intervals for a total of three support stations on the course.
10k Trail Run | 10am
For a quicker and less remote challenge, the 10k course covers the best of the Cumming Nature Center trail system. Less elevation gain and a more runnable course make this a great first 10k or a fast trail loop for seasoned trail runners. Guaranteed to be beautiful, rain or shine!
Register by March 1 for an early registration discount. Online registration ends at 5pm on Thursday, June 8.
Family Activities
Bring along your family and friends to cheer you on as you finish—there are plenty of trails for them to explore at their own pace during the race, along with a picnic area for rest and celebration after the run. Admission is required for non-runners.
