Are you interested in making your garden more ecologically friendly? Join Ellen Folts from Amanda’s Native Garden to learn more about using native plants to attract and support native wildlife and pollinators. This class will discuss garden planning, which native plants benefit wildlife and pollinators, and more. Plus, students will receive specific advice for their garden sites and two potted plants to take home! The instructor will be providing all the necessary materials for the class, including the take-home plants.


ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Ellen Folts is the owner and operator of Amanda’s Native Garden in Dansville, NY. She has a degree in agricultural and natural resources from SUNY Cobleskill and has worked in the horticultural field for 31+ years. As a Senior New York State Certified Nursery and Landscape Professional, Ellen believes in the importance of educating the public about native plants.
