PUMPKIN WALK FOR DOGS
Join us for an event made especially for dogs and their people! Sunday, October 25th, bring your pup and come to the Cumming Nature Center for a fun autumn hike! There will be a free treat for each dog who attends.
ABOUT THE EVent
Did you know that the Cumming Nature Center is a dog-friendly facility? This year, to celebrate the lovely hiking trails at the CNC, we’ll be holding a Pumpkin Walk for Dogs – which will be a particularly fun time to bring your canine friend(s) and check out the trails. Each dog will receive a free treat!
This event is free with general admission. Please register ahead so we know how many treats we need.
A few important notes:
- Dogs must stay on a leash at all times.
- Please ask other pet owners before allowing your dog to approach and sniff.
- We anticipate a large amount of dogs on this day – please only bring dogs who will be comfortable with this.
- Be sure to pick up after your pet.
- Autumn and Halloween costumes are welcome if your dog likes wearing them!
We look forward to seeing you and your pup!
want to donate a pumpkin?
Please drop off carved pumpkins to the nature center the Wednesday to Saturday before the event. Nature-themed designs are especially welcome; nothing scary, please!
