Sensory Sunday at the RMSC is an opportunity for people of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, or other developmental disabilities to access a more sensory-friendly experience at the RMSC Museum & Science Center! Features will include dimmed lighting of fluorescent bulbs, social stories emailed ahead of time, designated quiet areas, and sensory-friendly activities.

Some activities may include:
- KEVA building stations
- 3D printing demonstrations
- Stacking Stones
- Zen Garden Balls
Adaptive equipment provided:
- Fidget toys and/or stress toys
- Social Stories (provided ahead of time as well as linked below)
- KultureCity Sensory Bags (available any time you visit the museum)
About The Event
This program is a pay-what-you-wish program. When you go to purchase your tickets, you’ll be able to choose which option is best for you!
Sensory Sundays are generously supported by the Bernice Stauber and Kathleen Brenneman Funds at Rochester Area Community Foundation. All proceeds from Sensory Sunday at the RMSC go to funding admissions for future Sensory Sunday events.
