Cumming Nature Center August 2020 for Rochester Museum and Science Center

Each year more than 10,000 visitors enjoy the trails, programs, exhibits, and events hosted here at the Nature Center. Our trail work volunteers play an essential role in helping preserve our property and trails so that visitors can continue to enjoy this beautiful place in all seasons.

Volunteers should come prepared to work outside in most weather conditions. Please wear boots or trail shoes, and clothes that can get dirty or painted. It’s a good idea to pack sunblock and bug repellent, work gloves (if you have them), something to drink, and a bagged lunch.

UPCOMING DATES

Saturday, August 26 | 9am-2pm
Volunteers will be putting new decking on one of the bridges along the Beaver Trail.

Sunday, October 22 | 9am-2pm

Saturday, November 4 | 9am-2pm
