wild walks: Guided Hikes
Join us for a series of summer hikes celebrating biodiversity! Each will feature a hike that offers an opportunity to learn from a local expert about topics such as butterflies, seasons, ecosystems and more!
Explore the wonders of nature with the CNC! Join us out on the trails for a guided walk this spring. Programs typically take place on select Saturdays & Sundays and last 1-1.5 hours (unless otherwise marked). Dates and topics listed below!
SUMMER OF BIODIVERSITY SERIES
AUTUMN & ITS EQUINOX | SEPTEMBER 27
Autumn started this week! We will discuss what marks the official start of autumn while roaming the forest discussing what is changing as summer ends and this cooler, calmer season begins, and why these changes happen. This program is led by CNC Educator Lann and is appropriate for all ages.
Sunday @ 10:30 am | $4 for members | $9 for non-members
Wild Walk fee includes admission. Members must sign in to receive admission discount if purchasing tickets online.
