Explore the wonders of nature with one of our expert naturalists by getting outside for our themed Weekend Wild Walk programs. Join us on the trails for topics such as the Mystery of Mosses, Woodland Wildflowers, Foraging Plants, and more! Programs take place on Saturdays at 10:30am and last 1 – 1.5 hours, unless otherwise marked.

Wild Walk fee includes admission. Members must sign in to receive admission discount if purchasing tickets online.

Springtime ponds can hold an abundance of jammy egg sacs and swimmy salamander larvae. Such seasonal forest pools serve as precious nurseries for a variety of invertebrates and amphibians! Come discover what makes them special as we peer beneath the surface of vernal pools with CNC naturalist Maureen Dunphy.
