RMSC After Dark: Galactic Getdown “Yuri’s Night”
RMSC After Dark is a series of after-hours social events for adults 21 and over featuring full Museum & Science Center access, Strasenburgh Planetarium shows, cash bars, and food.
Join the giant space party celebrated around the world!
This After Dark celebrates Yuri Gagarin, the first human who ventured into space when he completed an orbit around earth aboard the Vostok 1 capsule on April 12, 1961. Twenty years later on April 12, 1981, the inaugural launch of the first Space Shuttle occurred.
Celebrate with us and other organizations worldwide to commemorate Yuri’s flight and subsequent global advancements in space exploration.
