WHAT: RMSC Uncorked & On Tap is returning to the RMSC Museum & Science Center on Saturday, March 5, from 6-10pm. This unique fundraising event celebrates all things food and fermentation while raising money for the RMSC.

During the event, dozens of local and regional beer, wine, spirit, and food vendors will set up shop at the RMSC Museum & Science Center with tasting samples and products to purchase. Guests can also learn more about the science behind food and beverage tasting, mixology, viticulture, brewing, distilling and more.
