WHAT: The RMSC Museum & Science Center is hosting After Dark: Jurassic Jamboree on Friday, March 25, from 7-11pm. This event, part of the RMSC After Dark series, will celebrate the Museum & Science Center’s featured exhibit, Expedition: Dinosaur, which is set to close on May 1, 2022.
During the event, attendees will enjoy:
- Delicious BBQ dinner and snacks from Dinosaur BBQ
- Laser shows at the Strasenburgh Planetarium
- A Jurassic VR Experience
- Fun crafts, like making your own dinosaur mask or headband
- A glimpse at some of the fossils from our collections
- A hybrid scavenger hunt and trivia game themed around our featured exhibit
- And more!
In addition to activities hosted by RMSC staff, the Rochester Lego User Group, the Center for Biological Diversity, and the Archaeological Institute of America- Rochester, NY Society will offer a variety of dinosaur- and paleontology-themed presentations and activities.
RMSC After Dark is a series of after-hours social events for adults 21 and over featuring full Museum & Science Center access and cash bars.
