ROCHESTER, NY— In celebration of women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), Rochester Museum & Science Center invites everyone ages 21-and-over to take part in “Ladies in the Lab” from 6 to 9pm on Saturday, July 8.
Hands-on activities from mounting microscope slides to crafting take-home bath fizz engage each attendee’s inner scientist. Short presentations from local female STEM professionals inspire and raise awareness around women’s contributions to the sciences in the past, present and future. Additionally, exhibitor tables throughout the museum will allow attendees to learn about organizations and businesses serving the Rochester community. Presenter and exhibitor highlights include:

Food trucks and cash bars will be available to fuel attendees’ exploration of all three floors of the museum including Electricity Theater shows. Tickets are $10 for RMSC members and $12 for the general public and may be purchased online at RMSC.org or by phone at 585.697.1942.
