ROCHESTER, NY—At High Tech Yesterday, guests to the Rochester Museum & Science Center (RMSC) explore the latest gadgets and technologies trending 30 years, 50 years, even 100 years ago. As a tribute to the important civil rights work of Martin Luther King Jr., the event takes place from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, January 14 through Monday, January 16.
During the fun-filled family event, guests of all ages discover what devices were popular during their parents’ and grandparents’ prime. Through hands-on activities, visitors explore the accomplishments of Einstein, Martin Luther King Jr. and NASA, as well as technologies involved in WWI and the Civil Rights movement.
The High-tech Yesterday program is free with regular museum admission: $14 adults, $13 seniors and college students with ID, $12 ages 3 to 18, free for children under 3 and RMSC members. For group reservations and rates, call 585.697.1942.
