Beginning Monday, January 4, the Rochester Museum & Science Center’s (RMSC) Museum and Strasenburgh Planetarium will resume its reduced operating hour schedule.
The RMSC Museum will be open to the public on:
- Fridays (9:30am-5pm)
- Saturdays (9:30am-5pm)
- Sundays (11am-5pm).

Cumming Nature Center will remain open with normal hours of operation:
- Wednesday–Friday: 9am to 3:30pm
- Saturday–Sunday: 9am to 4:30pm
The RMSC Curiosity Club will remain open with all safety requirements in place. This reduction in hours will affect all other Monday – Thursday public programs, events, and shows at the Museum and Planetarium.
The RMSC looks forward to welcoming visitors during open hours to explore its newest exhibit, The Changemakers: Rochester Women Who Changed the World and to catch a show at the Strasenburgh Planetarium on weekends, and to explore the wintery landscape at the Cumming Nature Center.
