ROCHESTER, NY—Community members are invited to RMSC Uncorked & On Tap, an evening-long tasting event at the Rochester Museum & Science Center (RMSC), Saturday, February 10, 2018, from 6–10pm.
At RMSC Uncorked & On Tap, dozens of local food, craft beer, wine, and spirit vendors will offer their finest products for guests to sample. Guests will also enjoy live music by Alphonso Williams and Brian Thibodeau, pop-up experiences by the Wildlife Rockstars, interactive science experiments, and more.
While enjoying unlimited food and beverage tastings, guests are also invited to attend educational seminars throughout the evening exploring the science of food and drinks, mixology, viticulture, brewing, and distilling. In addition, all three floors of exhibits are open for exploration, including the current featured exhibit Genome: Unlocking Life’s Code—an interactive, futuristic exhibit that unravels the mystery behind the complete set of instructions within every living thing on earth.
RMSC Uncorked & On Tap is a 21 and older event, and attendees must show proof of age at the door. Tickets are $65 general admission and $55 for RMSC Members, and include a tasting glass, a tote bag including a Black Button Distilling Tour Pass, and access to seminars. VIP tickets are $75 and include VIP check-in, a champagne welcome, a VIP-only seminar with Democrat & Chronicle beer columnist Will Cleveland, and additional tote bag goodies.
